What affects the final price
Ceiling type and height. Standard concrete HDB ceilings are straightforward. False ceilings, very high ceilings, or landed-home structures may need extra mounting hardware, which can add $150–$200.
Light point distance. If your nearest light point is far from the install spot, additional wiring may be needed. We'll always flag this before starting — never as a surprise.
Number of units. Installing two or more racks usually lowers the per-unit price.
